Целью работы было оценить состояние микроциркуляторого русла (МЦР) у больных АГ в сочетании с метаболическим синдромом (МС) и субклиническим гипотиреозом (СГ). В исследование было включено 75 пациентов, разделенных на 3 группы: 23 больных АГ, 29 больных АГ в рамках МС, 23 пациента с АГ, ассоциированной с МС и СГ. Всем больным проводилось исследование состояния микроциркуляции (МЦ) методом лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии (ЛДФ). Установлено, что наличие даже субклинической тиреоидной гипофункции у больных АГ в рамках МС приводит к снижению способности физиологической модуляции кровотока в МЦР.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Arterial hypertension (AH) is associated with hypothyroidism, diffuse lesion accelerates the progression of the vascular bed of the great arteries to the capillaries. Objective was to assess the condition of the microcirculation in patients with AH associated with metabolic syndrome (MS) and subclinical hypothyroidism (SH). The study included 75 patients divided into 3 groups: 23 patients with AH, 29 patients with AH in the MS, 23 patients with AH associated with MS and SH. All the patients underwent examination of the state of microcirculation by laser doppler flowmetry.
