Возможно, АКН негативно влияет на течение СД даже в большей степени, чем часто обсуждаемые факторы риска сердечно-сосудистых событий. Это может быть связано с вегетативным дисбалансом регуляции кардиальных функций симпатического и парасимпатического отделов нервной системы. В настоящем обзоре представлены данные эпидемиологии, патофизиологии, клинической картины и диагностика АКН при СД 2 типа, приводятся современные подходы к профилактике и лечению АКН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is well known that cardiac autonomic neuropathy (CAN) is the negative prognostic factor which increases mortality in patients with diabetes mellitus. CAN may have greater predictive power for cardiovascular events than traditional risk factors. Significant morbidity and mortality can now be attributable to autonomic imbalance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system regulation of cardiovascular function.
