Лабораторные биомаркёры и предикторы используют для оценки степени риска в клинической практике и в профилактике заболеваний. На пре- и постаналитическом этапах лабораторного исследования значительная часть ошибок связана с действиями клиницистов. Клиническая лабораторная диагностика как отрасль медицинской науки и элемент системы здравоохранения развивается, и это требует постоянного обновления знаний практических врачей по данной дисциплине.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Analytical reliability and clinical significance of laboratory data allows to consider them as a basis for diagnosis and treatment monitoring in therapeutic clinic. Laboratory biomarkers and predictors of use for risk assessment in clinical practice and disease prevention. Pre- and postanalytical stages of laboratory studies a large proportion of errors related to the actions of clinicians.
