У 122 пациентов с СГМС изучено состояние МПКТ. Охарактеризованы костно-мышечные и суставные проявления СГМС, клинически и рентгенологически верифицирован спектр ортопедической патологии. Остеоденситометрически определена распространённость остеопении с детализацией по степени снижения МПКТ. Своевременное выявление низкой костной массы с модификацией факторов риска целесообразно в профилактической стратегии СГМС.

The condition of bone mineral density (BMD) in 122 patients with joint hypermobility syndrome (JHS) had been studied. The musculoskeletal and articular manifestations were defined; the range of orthopedic pathology was clinically and radiologically verified. The prevalence of osteopenia with detalisation of the degree of bone density reduction was determined by osteodensitometry. The timely detection of low bone mass with the modification of risk factors is reasonable in preventive strategy in patients with JHS.
