Впервые приводится описание сочетания синдрома Чардж-Стросса с аутоиммунной тромбоцитопенией. Заболевание отличается многолетним течением, медленным, но упорным прогрессированием и рефрактерностью к стандартным видам иммуносупрессивной терапии. Впервые с положительным результатом применялось длительное лечение иммуносупрессивным дипептидом Тимодепрессином.
