В представленном обзоре проанализированы современные данные о механизме развития второго типа ИМ, некоторых особенностях его диагностики, частоте развития и прогнозе этого типа инфаркта миокарда. На основании литературных данных показано, что в настоящее время отсутствуют однозначные данные о частоте развития данного типа ИМ. Актуальность проблемы второго типа ИМ также заключается в том, что нет чётких, общепринятых рекомендаций по диагностике, формулировке диагноза и лечению. Проведённое клиническое наблюдение илюстрирует вышеуказанные трудности в формулировке диагноза, клинические особенности развития и течения ИМ второго типа в остром периоде заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to The Third Definition of Myocardial Infarction there are five types of myocardial infarction depending on pathogenesis. This review provides actual data about myocardial infarction type 2 mechanism including diagnosis management, epidemiological characteristic and patient prognosis. Previously published data shows discordant information about myocardial infarction type 2 frequency, treatment and diagnostic options.
