Цель исследования. Оценка влияния буспирона гидрохлорида  на частоту госпитализаций  больных с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) и смешанным тревожно-депрессивным расстройством (СТДР).

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 49 пациентов с ХСН ишемической этиологии и СТДР. Пациентам 1-й группы (n=25) в дополнение к стандартной терапии ХСН и ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) назначался буспирона гидрохлорид в стартовой дозе 15 мг/сут в 3 приёма с постепенным (в течение 2 нед.) повышением дозы до эффективной (30 мг/сут). Пациенты 2-й группы (n=24) получали стандартную терапию ХСН и ИБС. Через 6 мес. оценивали частоту и продолжительность госпитализаций больных обеих групп.

Результаты

Результаты. Риск госпитализаций по поводу декомпенсации ХСН был значительно ниже в 1-й группе пациентов по сравнению со 2-й (ОР 0,333, 95%ДИ 1,12-8,05, р=0,035).

Выводы

Выводы. Применение буспирона гидрохлорида в дополнение к стандартной терапии ассоциируется со снижением риска госпитализаций по поводу декомпенсации ХСН у больных с СТДР. 

Aim

Aim. Assessing the impact of buspirone hydrochloride on hospitalizations frequency in patients  with chronic heart failure (CHF) and mixed anxietydepressive disorder (MADD).

Materials and methods

Materials and methods.  The study involved 49 patients  with heart failure of ischemic etiology and MADD. Patients in Group 1 (n = 25) received buspirone hydrochloride (in the starting dose of 15 mg/day with a gradual (within 2 weeks) increasing to the effective (30 mg/day)) in addition to standard  CHF therapy and coronary heart disease (CHD). Patients in group 2 (n = 24) received standard  therapy of CHF and CHD. After 6 months, we evaluated hospitalizations frequency and duration in patients from both groups.

Results

Results. The risk of hospitalization for heart failure decompensation was significantly lower in patients  from group 1 compared with patients  from group 2 (HR 0.333, 95% CI 1,12-8,05, p = 0.035).

Conclusions

Conclusions. Buspirone hydrochloride admission in addition to standard  therapy  is associated  with reduced risk of hospitalization for decompensation of chronic heart failure in patients with MADD.
