Повышение жесткости сосудов эластического типа у молодых ассоциируется с повышением преимущественно систолического артериального давления (АД), а сосудов мышечного типа — с повышением диастолического АД. Критериями раннего старения сосудов у молодых людей является величина индекса жесткости CAVI более 7,6, плече-лодыжечной СПВ — более 11,9 м/с и сердечно-плечевой СПВ — более 6,4 м/с. Раннее ремоделирование сосудов (PPC) эластического типа наиболее часто определялось у больных изолированной систолической АГ — 47,1%, у здоровых — 12,3%, у больных систоло-диастолической АГ — 31%. PPC мышечного типа при систоло-диастолической АГ обнаружено у 54,4%, у здоровых — 14,5%, у больных изолированной систолической АГ — 15,5%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>428 practically healthy individuals and 301 patients with arterial hypertension have been examined by using a volumetric sphygmograph VaSera-1000 (Japan). In young individuals elevated stiffness of elastic arteries is associated with elevation of predominantly systolic blood pressure (BP) and elevated stiffness of muscular arteries is associated with elevation of diastolic BP. CAVI stiffness index &gt; 7,6, ankle-brachial PWV &gt; 11,9 m/s and heart-brachial PWV &gt; 6,4 m/s are the criteria of early vascular aging in young people. Early remodeling of elastic arteries was observed in 47,1% patients with isolated systolic hypertension, in 31% patients with systole-diastolic hypertension and in 12,3% healthy subjects.
