Ряд парапротеинемических полинейропатий непосредственно связан с моноклональной гаммапатией неустановленной этиологии (MGUS: monoclonal gammapathy of undetermined significance). Одним из первых проявлений MGUS, помимо секреции моноклонального иммуноглобулина, и задолго до проявлений злокаче ственности является полинейропатия.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Определение эффективности применения человеческого иммуноглобулина у пациентов с полинейропатией ассоциированной с MGUS.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Было обследовано 16 пациентов с полинейропатией ассоциированной с MGUS в возрасте от 53 до 78 лет. Пациентам был проведен курс инфузионной терапии человеческим иммуноглобулином в дозе 0,4 г/кг в течение 5 дней.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. После курса лечения выявлено уменьшение проявлений сенсорного компонента нейропатии, нейропатической боли и сенситивной атаксии, что подтверждалось данными электронейромиографии, стабилографии, а также оценкой по шкале Ловетта, шкале неврологических расстройств, вопроснику «Pain detect». Моторный компонент полинейропатии имел более стойкие проявления.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Терапия человеческим иммуноглобулином при периферической нейропатии ассоциированной с MGUS эффективна в отношении уменьшения нейропатической боли и проявлений сенсорной атаксии, а также улучшения поверхностной и глубокой чувствительности, тогда как моторный компонент полинейропатии более устойчив к данному виду терапии. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. A number of paraproteinemic polyneuropathy is directly linked to the monoclonal gammapathy of undetermined significance (MGUS). One of the first manifestations of MGUS in addition to the secretion of monoclonal immunoglobulin, and long before the manifestation of malignancy is polyneuropathy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. Were examined in 16 patients with polyneuropathy associated with MGUS in age from 53 to 78 years. Patients underwent a course of infusion therapy with human immunoglobulin in the dose of 0.4 g/kg for 5 days.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. After treatment revealed a reduction of the manifestations of the sensory component of the neuropathy, neuropathic pain and sensitive ataxia that was confirmed by electromyographic data of stabilography, and a rating on a scale Lovett, the scale of neuropathy disability score, the questionnaire «Pain detect». The motor component of polyneuropathy had more persistent symptoms.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
