Цель работы — представить клиническое наблюдение тяжелого течения анкилозирующего спондилита с дебютом в ювенильном периоде у пациентки с постоянно рецидивирующим увеитом.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Пациентка И., 43 лет, с 26 лет наблюдается в отделении ревматологии ГУЗ «Областная клиническая больница» (г. Саратов) с анкилозирующим спондилитом и ранним развитием такого внескелетного проявления, как увеит, с частыми его рецидивами и рядом осложнений.

Результаты

Результаты. За время наблюдения у пациентки с очень низкой комплаентностью терапии рано появились тяжелые осложнения заболевания, которые привели к полной потере зрения обоих глаз.

Заключение

Заключение. В клиническом наблюдении представлены некоторые особенности течения заболевания, терапии и развития осложнений у пациентки с анкилозирующим спондилитом и рецидивирующим увеитом.

The objective of the study — to describe a clinical case of severe juvenile-onset ankylosing spondylitis in a patient with persistently recurrent uveitis.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. Patient I., 43 years old, was constantly monitored since the age of 26 at the Department of Reumatology of the Saratov Regional Clinical Hospital with ankylosing spondylitis, an early onset of exstra-skeletal manifestations in the form of frequently recurring uveitis, and a number of complications.

Results

Results. Some complications, which caused complete loss of vision in both eyes, occurred during the observation period due to poor treatment adherence.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The clinical observation presents some features of the disease, course treatment and the development of complications in the patient with ankylosing spondylitis and recurrent uveitis.
