В статье приводится клинический случай, особенностью которого является развитие ишемического инсульта у пациентки с системной красной волчанкой вследствие вторичного антифосфолипидного синдрома вне клинических признаков активности системной красной волчанки. Системная красная волчанка — немодифицируемый фактор риска ишемического инсульта.

The article presents a clinical case of an onset of antiphospholipid syndrome in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus and ischemic stroke. Systemic lupus erythematosus is a non-modifiable risk factor for ischemic stroke.
