Скрининг проводится на всей территории РФ. Уровень неонатального ТТГ может быть использован для оценки йодного дефицита и мониторинга программ йодной профилактики.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: оценить и сопоставить данные официальной статистики по врожденному гипотиреозу, статистической отчетности распространенности гипотиреоза и синдрома йодной недостаточности у детей, а также йодурии в регионах Российской Федерации.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы: определен уровень неонатального ТТГ у 97,69 % детей, рожденных в РФ за период 2017 года. Представлены результаты сопоставления данных о распространенности гипотиреоза в различных регионах РФ с различной йодной обеспеченностью. Для оценки связи количества новорожденных с диагнозом ВГ в регионах с разной йодной обеспеченностью был проведен корреляционный анализ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: рассчитанный коэффициент корреляции, который составил 0.2, отражает слабую связь между степенью йододефицита в регионе и количеством новорожденных с диагнозом врожденный гипотиреоз.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: учитывая отсутствие в Российской Федерации закона о всеобщем йодировании соли, многие регионы до сих пор находятся в условиях умеренного или тяжелого йододефицита, и использование результатов скрининга неонатального ТТГ в данных регионах возможно для оценки статуса йодного питания населения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background: In the Russian Federation, newborn screening comprises thyroid stimulating hormone determination to exclude primary congenital hypothyroidism. Screening is carried out throughout Russia. Neonatal TSH can be used to assess iodine deficiency and monitor iodine prevention programs.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To assess and compare official statistical data on congenital hypothyroidism, the prevalence of hypothyroidism and iodine deficiency syndrome in children, as well as urinary iodine in the Russian regions.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: The level of neonatal TSH was determined in 97.69% of children born in the Russian Federation in 2017. This article represents the results on the prevalence of hypothyroidism in the regions with various iodine availability. The correlation analysis was used to assess the relationship of CH incidence in newborns and iodine availability.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The calculated correlation coefficient, which was 0.2, reflects a weak relationship between the degree of iodine deficiency in the region and the number of newborns diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: In the Russian Federation, a law on universal salt iodization does not exist, and many regions are still in conditions of moderate or severe iodine deficiency.
