В рамках программы WHO «MONICA–MOPSY» была обследована репрезентативная выборка женщин в возрасте 25–64 лет (n = 870) одного из районов российского мегаполиса. Результаты исследования показали, что распространенность высокого уровня личностной тревожности (ЛТ) в женской популяции составляет 60%. С повышением уровня тревожности в 1,5–3 раза увеличивается негативная оценка «не совсем здоров», «болен» и жалобы на состояние здоровья (p < 0,001), но забота о здоровье при этом остается недостаточной. У женщин с высоким уровнем тревоги отмечены постоянные стрессы на рабочем месте и в семье, нарушения сна и неблагоприятный поведенческий профиль: не предпринимаются попытки отказа от курения; такие женщины менее физически активны, реже соблюдают диету.

In the frame of the WHO “MONICA-MOPSY” representative sample of women aged 25–64 (n = 870) in one of Russian megalopolis district was examined. The prevalence of high personal anxiety in the female population was 60%. Negative health evaluation as “is not very well”, “sick” was in 1.5–3 times higher in women with high level of anxiety which more likely had complaints for their health, but cared about their health not enough. Women with high personal anxiety had higher levels of stress at work and in their family, sleep disturbances and unhealthy lifestyles profile: unsuccessfully attempts to quit smoking; reduced diet behavior and physical activity.
