Abstract
For the first time, a combination of Kikuchi-Fujimoto’s disease with general variable immune deficiency and multiple sclerosis has been described. The patient’s primary immunodeficiency, accompanied by frequent and severe exacerbations of chronic diseases, led to a protracted diagnostic search. The case highlights the importance of timely morphological examination in persistent lymphadenopathy, even in patients with known immune disorders.
