МОЛЕКУЛЫ АДГЕЗИИ: РОЛЬ В ПРОГНОЗИРОВАНИИ ТЕЧЕНИЯ ЦИРРОЗА ПЕЧЕНИ

Аннотация

Изучено содержание в крови молекул семейств иммуноглобулинов и селектинов во взаимосвязи с прогнозом ЦП. Повышенный риск смерти и низкая выживаемость больных в течение 1 и 3 лет наблюдения связаны с высоким содержанием ICAM-1, VCAM-1, Е- и Р-селектинов в крови. Выявленные количественные значения молекул адгезии, имеющие прогностическое значение в отношении неблагоприятных событий ЦП могут использоваться для оценки выживаемости больных.
