Abstract

Performance analysis of the therapeutic services of the Volga Federal District (VFD) shows gradual reduction of the population mortality. But there are still relevant issues to reduce the abundance and mortality due to diseases of the cardiovascular system, including a first coronary heart disease, hypertonic disease and chronic heart failure. Widespread respiratory diseases, diseases of endocrine system (asthma, diabetes, etc.) require no less attention of VFD therapeutic services. All this determines the importance of preventive measures and control of modifiable risk factors of disease. Current rate is for the early identification of therapeutic pathology.
