ГЕПАТОЦЕЛЛЮЛЯРНЫЙ РАК. СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И ЛЕЧЕНИИ

Аннотация
В аналитическом обзоре описаны механизмы гепатоканцерогенеза. Представлена классификация гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы (ГЦК), этиология, диагностическая тактика при подозрении на ГЦК и варианты лечения. Основными факторами риска развития ГЦК при HBVинфекции считают — цирроз печени (ЦП), мужской пол, возраст старше 50 лет, уровень HBV DNA > 104 копий/мл, положительный HBeAg в сыворотке крови, генотип С HBV, мутации в области core promoter, повышеннyю активность АЛТ в крови. В обзоре представлен клинический случай ГЦК у больной с хроническим гепатитом С и исходом в цирроз печени.
