EXPERIENCE LONG-TERM USE OF INTRA-AORTIC BALLOON COUNTER PULSATION IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

Abstract

The report presents two clinical cases of acute coronary syndrome complicated by the development of cardiogenic shock. For hemodynamic stabilization prolonged intraaortic balloon counterpulsation was conducted.
