ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ КОНСУЛЬТИРОВАНИЯ ПО ВОПРОСАМ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ В ОБЩЕЙ ВРАЧЕБНОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ

Аннотация

Гиподинамия, являясь поведенческим фактором риска хронических неинфекционных заболеваний, актуальна для профилактической медицины. Ключевую роль в коррекции поведенческих факторов риска хронических неинфекционных заболеваний занимает общая врачебная практика, где пациент наблюдается непрерывно в течение долгих лет. Повышение физической активности уменьшает риск развития атеросклероза, заболеваний опорно-двигательного аппарата, злокачественных новообразований, положительно влияет на психологическое состояние пациентов и снижает общую заболеваемость и смертность. Повышая резервы кардиореспираторной системы организма, физическая активность улучшает качество жизни пациентов и снижает затраты на медицинскую помощь.

Для эффективной борьбы с гиподинамией необходимо адекватно мотивировать пациентов, чего можно достигнуть с помощью рутинного их консультирования по вопросам повышения физической активности. Методика проведения такого консультирования должна максимально учитывать условия ограничения времени амбулаторного приема и все персональные характеристики пациентов (стартовый уровень физической активности, группа здоровья и степень риска заболеваний).

В статье представлена обобщенная информация о современных научных взглядах в области повышения физической активности пациентов, рассматриваются актуальные вопросы организации консультирования. Рассматриваются группы пациентов с наличием или отсутствием хронических заболеваний и высоких рисков развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Представлен вариант рационального амбулаторного консультирования с помощью алгоритма организации режима физической активности, предусматривающего стратификацию пациентов, планирование, оптимизацию и контроль персональной двигательной активности. Предлагаемый метод оптимизации консультирования успешно решает поставленные задачи мотивирования, повышения физической активности и индивидуального подхода в условиях амбулаторной практики.
