In The article some peculiarities of familial mediterranean fever complicated with AA-amyloidosis are discussed. 

The article contains the literature review including etiology, pathogeny, multiple myeloma classifications. We described 21 multiple myeloma histories, analysed age structure, studied patients’ complaints, feature the disease developing specifications and the laboratory-tool data. Based on the received data the algorithm was worked out which would proceed the diagnostic search.

Non alcoholic hepar diseases (NAHD) is actual problem in the world medical servises. Despite to many new methods of diagnosis ant new pharmaceutical remedies, there are a lot of questions in many aspects of pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prophilaxis of this diseases. First of all, NAHD is nosological form of disease, and from the other hand, in fact NAHD is real risk factor occur in cardiovascular diseases. Main optimal goal in this situation in therapy NAHD must be prophilaxis in hepar pathology and decreasing the level of risk cardiovascular complications. According to this general position it is actual issues to find optimal parametres in treatment with new pharmaceutical remedies for NAHD, what was our main goal in this publication with discussions.

We provide recommendations of using such medication as Ermytal in treatment of patients with biliary tract dysfunction.

Amond patients with enteral lactase insuffiency primary one was revealed in 28,0% of cases, secondary one — in 72,0% of cases. Consecutive application of loading tests with glucose, sucrose and starch allows to reveal features of infringement in digestive and resorbtive processes at primary and secondary lactase insufficiency. Anokhin. The author from the СF theory’s viewpoint keeps researching the physiology of the heart’s life-sustaining activity, that essentially can not be solved without the CF theory; in particular: the single cardiac cycle’s nervous control, neurophysiological mechanisms of the up and down regulations’ insert and this organ’s realistic enеrgetic balance. It is clear that myocardical ischemia’s course with the different clinical types of ischemic heart desease (IHD) can happen just in the summation of the single cardiac cycle energy balance derangement, from which the whole cardiac cycle consists of. The search of all these important measures and processes no doubt will bring to the IHD new understanding and that will cardinally find its reflection to IHD diacrisis prevention and medical maintenance. 

The goal of this research was to value the risks of delayed hospital admission of patients with myocardial infarction. Comorbidity degrades the quality of life, leads to social exclusion, increased mortality The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and tolerability of the drug Afobazol in comorbidity patients of therapeutic profile. 19 patients of therapeutic profile with anxiety disorders (5 males and 14 females, mean age was 49,4 ± 16,3 years) were studied during 6 weeks. Comorbidity, efficacy and tolerability of Afobazol were estimated. All patients completed the course. Effective average daily dose was 50 mg (30 to 60 mg/day). There were a reduction of anxiety disorders, improvement the quality of life and cognitive function after treatment of Afobazol There was acceptable compliance to treatment of Afobazol. Afobazole was well- tolerated by patients.tolerability Afobazol comorbid patients.
