Professor Ainabekova B. A.-a Clinician, has the highest qualification category, from 2007 to 2012 she performed the duties of the chief freelance pulmonologist of the Ministry of health of Kazakhstan, while consulting on sanitation in many areas of Kazakhstan. Currently advises seriously ill patients in NTSNP, AO "CDB", the maternity hospitals of Astana. She is the chairwoman of the association of therapists of Astana, a member of the specialized commission on internal diseases for the assignment of the highest qualification category.

Under the guidance of professor Ainabekova B. A. defended 15 PhD theses, performed 1 master's and 1 doctoral dissertations, has more than 200 scientific and methodological publications,  actively engaged in the implementation of the achievements of medicine in practical health care, has more than 10 implementations and 11 patents. For 2010-2012 completed work in the international clinical research project «Impact, vulnerability and adaption assessment of climate change and health in the Republic of Kazakhstan» Word Health Organization, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
